Welcome to Duckie. By booking a service with Duckie, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services
Duckie provides mobile vehicle cleaning services at approved service locations within our operating area.
Services may include exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, or a combination of both, depending on the service selected at booking.
Duckie reserves the right to refuse service for any vehicle or location that presents safety concerns, access issues, excessive contamination, or conditions outside the scope of normal vehicle cleaning.
Service Location Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
The vehicle is parked in an accessible location.
The service location provides safe working conditions.
Exterior water access is available.
The vehicle can be accessed during the scheduled service window.
Any applicable HOA, condominium, or property rules allow vehicle cleaning services.
Duckie may cancel or reschedule service if these requirements are not met.
Vehicle Access
For interior services, the vehicle must be unlocked and accessible during the scheduled service window.
Customers are responsible for removing valuables, important documents, cash, firearms, controlled substances, and other sensitive items before service begins.
Duckie is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.
Personal Items
Customers should remove loose belongings, shopping bags, trash, and other personal items that may interfere with cleaning.
Duckie may clean around child seats and installed accessories but does not remove or reinstall child safety equipment.
Booking and Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Duckie reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect appointments already confirmed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Duckie reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Weather Policy
Vehicle cleaning services are weather-dependent.
Duckie may postpone or reschedule appointments due to rain, storms, freezing temperatures, or unsafe working conditions.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact Duckie within 24 hours of completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and correct any issues related to the service provided.
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover conditions that were disclosed prior to service, permanent stains, paint defects, excessive wear, damage, or issues outside the scope of cleaning.
Limitation of Liability
Duckie's liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
Duckie is not responsible for:
Pre-existing vehicle damage
Mechanical failures
Electrical failures
Defective trim, paint, glass, or components
Damage resulting from undisclosed vehicle conditions
Personal property left inside the vehicle
Membership Services
Duckie Membership services are provided on a recurring schedule determined by route planning, weather conditions, operational requirements, and service availability.
Specific appointment times are not guaranteed.
Membership terms, pricing, and availability may be modified with reasonable notice.
Duckie reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate memberships at its discretion.
Right to Refuse Service
Duckie reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, inaccessible vehicles, or circumstances that prevent completion of the service.
