No. As long as we can access the areas to be cleaned, access the outdoor water spigot, and your windows and doors are closed, we can clean without you there!
Yes! We clean signs, storefronts, roofs, buildings, parking lots, patios, sidewalks, dumpster bins, etc. at commercial locations like restaurants, real estate offices, stores, hotels, etc.
Duckie serves the greater Asheville area, Buncombe County, and surrounding areas within about 45 mins of Asheville.
It depends on your ownership structure. Check with your HOA to understand your exterior maintenance expectations.
Yes. Duckie currently requires access to an exterior water connection at your home.
Please be sure to close all windows and doors at the property to prevent water intrusion. We ask that you remove and outdoor furniture or decorations that you do not want cleaned.
House washing takes anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on size, access, and complexity. Most driveways take 1-2 hours. Most roofs take 1-2 hours. Small areas like decks, sidewalks, patios, etc. take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Yes. Duckie Membership is available for annual or biannual house washing, roof washing, and concrete surface pressure washing.
