No. As long as your vehicle is accessible (unlocked & within 50ft of an outdoor water spigot) and we have any necessary access information (gate codes, etc.), we’ll take care of the rest.

Duckie currently serves the Asheville area from Arden to Weaverville, Black Mountain to Candler.

Duckie services vehicles parked in accessible driveways, townhome communities, and select residential parking areas. Exterior water access is required. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, contact us before booking.

Yes. Duckie currently requires access to an exterior water connection at your home.

Please remove valuables, shopping bags, loose personal items, and other belongings you’d like us to avoid handling.
For membership customers, vehicles should be accessible and unlocked during the scheduled service window.

Most appointments take between 45 and 120 minutes depending on the service selected and vehicle condition.

Yes. Duckie Membership is available by invitation for customers who their vehicles maintained on a recurring schedule. Membership customers enjoy automatic scheduling and priority service.
